Another spectacular…!
Now, as I watch a Pacquiao match of old, I remember that his next fight against David Diaz is three days from now, on Sunday.
Once again, the streets will be deserted as every Pinoy watches him in his first match in the lightweight division. Men, women, even gay people watch him. During the Pacquiao-Solis fight I had a haircut and they put a TV in the salon that I went to, and they were watching the match.
Truly the fighting pride of the Philippines. I guess even criminals and terrorists watch him fight, as I heard somewhere that the crime rate in the Philippines becomes zero during one of Manny’s fights. Wow.
Sometimes, I wish he would lose, because his head is becoming a bit too big, in my opinion. Hehehe. Just a thought.

Daboy and others
The news is buzzing about the fact that Rudy Fernandez died. I didn’t know much about him, except that he was an action star. I think I’m too young to really know anything about him. But I thought he wasn’t old enough to die.
I watched Mr. Bean’s Holiday on HBO. I thought the kid (Stepan, played by Max Baldry) was really cute. You know, gwapo. Fuge. But hey, I am WAY too old for him.
It’s the NBA finals! Looks like the Boston Celtics are on a winning streak, 2-0 na eh. But it could be just because they’re playing on their home court. I’m not on their nor the Lakers’ side, but it would be nice if the Celtics won. Ang tagal na nila wala sa Finals eh.
